On February 17, Moscow hosted the seventh annual seminar of the ROSSETI Group’s shareholder and investor relations departments.

On February 3, 2016, Rosseti and AHML (Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending) signed an additional agreement to the Memorandum determining the order of the parties’ cooperation when carrying out the Housing for Russian Families Program.

On February 1, 2016 will start the Russian Startup Tour 2016. The event will take place in 11 cities: Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Magnitogorsk, Krasnodar, Taganrog, Tula, Kaliningrad, Samara, Saratov and two cities of the former Soviet republics – Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Minsk (Belarus). The first event will be held in Irkutsk. The Startup Tour is organized by Skolkovo Foundation in cooperation with Rosseti PJSC.

Oleg Budargin, Director General of PJSC Rosseti, met with equipment manufacturers from the Republic of Chuvashia. Anatoly Aksakov, a State Duma deputy from Chuvashia, and Vladimir Avrelkin, the minister for economic development of the Republic, also took part in the meeting.

In 2016, the regional government and a subsidiary of Rosseti – PJSC Lenenergo – will intensify their efforts to supply electric power to residents and enterprises in the Leningrad Region.

The Unified Register of Technical Standards and Regulations has been approved within PJSC Rosseti. The basic documents were brought together, updated and correlated for the first time in the sector since 2003. The documents regulate the general rules of development of the main and distribution lines, their operation and maintenance for all the subsidiaries of the company.

On January 20, Rosseti and Korea electric power corporation (KEPCO) held at Rosseti their first meeting in framework of implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding involving Rosseti and Korea electric power corporation (KEPCO) that was signed in June 2015. The meeting addressed research and technical cooperation and exchange of experience among the companies as well as finding new areas for cooperation.

Nikolay Rogalev, rector of the National Research University "MPEI" sent a letter of gratitude to Oleg Budargin, Director General of Rosseti PJSC. In this letter he thanked the company for the cooperation it has built up during implementation of the General Agreement on Strategic Partnership between MPEI and "Rosseti" PJSC

In 2015, Rosseti PJSC continued steady development and achieved positive results in all major production and financial indicators despite difficult macroeconomic conditions.

On December 23, 2015, Yerevan hosted a quadripartite meeting of energy ministers from Armenia (Ervand Zakharyan), Iran (Hamid Chitchian), Georgia (Kakhaber Kaladze) and the head of Rosseti PJSC Oleg Budargin.
