The Company’s Plan of Personnel Training for 2015 is overfulfilled (143.76 %). The reason for overfulfillment is the changes in norms and rules of certification for lifting constructions that came into force (Order of Rostekhnadzor No. 591 of December 6, 2013).

In 2015, the Company developed and introduced the energy management system. Certification Association “Russian Register” checked and recognized the system as acceptable under ISO 50 001:2011 (GOST R ISO 50 001-2012) with regard to the Company’s activity in the sphere of energy conservation for the processes related to transmission and distribution of electricity on electric grids of 110 kV and below, design, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of power facilities in the Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea.

Quality goals of PJSC Kubanenergo for 2016:
- Ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of the electric grid facilities.
- Non-exceedance of Reference Electric Power Losses during transmission.
- Development of Taman Peninsula electric grid complex.
- Implementation of electric grid complex repair and maintenance programs.
- Increase of Kubanenergo electric grid complex operation reliability by means of:
- reconstruction of 35–110 kV substations with replacement of power transformers;
- reconstruction of 0.4–10 kV ETL with replacement of an uninsulated wire for SSIW;
- equipping of Tikhoretsky Power District substations with high-speed protection against short circuit in 10 kV ECSG;
- equipping of power transformers on eight 110 kV substations with local backup protection;
- expansion of 110 kV ETL rights-of-way to the borders of protective zones in the Republic of Adygea and in the Sochi Power District.
- Introduction of the automated electric power metering system on the Company’s 95 feeders of 6–10 kV.
- Increase of the Company’s customers service efficiency by means of development of on-line services on the Company’s official web-site.
- Carrying out continuous personnel training (including in the sphere of quality, environment, health protection and labor safety) that makes it possible to maintain the level of professional competence of the Company’s employees.
