Carrying out continuous personnel training (including in the sphere of quality, environment, health protection and labor safety) that makes it possible to maintain the level of professional competence of the Company’s employees.

The Company’s Plan of Personnel Training for 2015 is overfulfilled (143.76 %). The reason for overfulfillment is the changes in norms and rules of certification for lifting constructions that came into force (Order of Rostekhnadzor No. 591 of December 6, 2013).

In 2015, 4,796 employees of PJSC Kubanenergo underwent the training and upgraded their skills.

Introduction of ISO 50001 “Energy management systems. Requirements with guidance for use”.

Achieved

In 2015, the Company developed and introduced the energy management system. Certification Association “Russian Register” checked and recognized the system as acceptable under ISO 50 001:2011 (GOST R ISO 50 001-2012) with regard to the Company’s activity in the sphere of energy conservation for the processes related to transmission and distribution of electricity on electric grids of 110 kV and below, design, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of power facilities in the Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea.

On December 8, 2015, Certification Association “Russian Register” issued the certificate of conformity to requirements of ISO 50 001:2011 (GOST R ISO 50 000-20123) to the Company.

Increase of the main grid operation reliability by means of:
- replacement of ground wire on lines of 35 kV and 110 kV;
- replacement of outdated types of oil-filled bushing of power transformers on 35 kV SS and 110 kV SS for the new ones;
- expansion of ETL right-of-ways to the borders of protective zones.

Partially achieved

In 2015, outdated types of oil-filled bushing of power transformers on 35 kV 46 SS and 110 kV 46 SS were replaced amounting to 100 % of the planned scope.
In 2015, 150.5 km of ground wire were replaced while the planned scope was 128 km amounting to 117 % of the planned scope.

In 2015, the approved Company’s investment program provided for the expansion of OHL rights-of-way in the volume of 183.3 ha under three titles; works are performed partially, as procurement procedure for contractor selection in order to perform design and survey works is not implemented. Implementation of works under the title is postponed for 2016.

Within the repair program of 2015, expansion of 35–110 kV OHL rights-of-way in the volume of 124.2 ha was performed without the planned scope (termination of the works commenced in 2013).

Improvement of quality and safety of energy supply to household customers by replacing branches to customers’ inputs from 0.4 kV OHL made of a self-supporting insulated wire with application of remote metering points.

In 2015, branches to customers’ inputs made of an open wire with self-supporting insulated wire in the amount of 26,750 pieces were replaced in order to improve quality and safety of energy supply to household customers.

Preventive restoration of automatic frequency unloading devices on the Company’s substations.

Achieved

In 2015, an inspection and preventive restoration of automatic frequency unloading devices were carried out on 224 substations.

Introduction of the results of two R&Ds completed in 2015 into operating activities.

Not achieved

Due to the violation of deadlines by the Contractor under the agreement, the introduction of the results of two R&Ds into operating activities is postponed for 1Q of 2016.

Development of design and estimate documents related to pilot projects on introduction of 0.95 kV electric grid and composite poles for 10 kV OHL.

Partially achieved

The design and estimate documents related to pilot projects on introduction of composite poles for 10 kV OHL of Timashevsk Electric Grids Branch of PJSC Kubanenergo and 6 kV OHL of Adygea Electric Grids Branch were developed in 2015 within time limits.

Completion of development of the design and estimate documents related to pilot projects on introduction of 0.95 kV electric grid and composite poles for 10 kV OHL is postponed for February, 2016 in the remained branches.
