The main targets at Kubanenergo in technical connection in the near future are to meet the demands of the growing economy of Krasnodar Region for electricity capacities, complete the move to a uniform system of information and accepting payments for technological connection and in achieving a balance of interests in setting the cost of technological connection of consumers to the electricity grids.

Consumers of technological connection services are corporate entities and natural persons interested in technological connection to Kubanenergo grids who have made the corresponding application.

In accordance with legislation in force Kubanenergo does not refuse technological connection to applicants who have made the corresponding application.

The basic normative documents regulating work in technological connection of power receivers (power plants) of corporate entities and natural persons to Kubanenergo electricity grids are*:

• Federal law of 26.03.2003 № 35-FZ On Electricity Production (with amendments and additions);
• Rules of technological connection of power receivers of electricity consumers, electricity production facilities, as well as transmission facilities belong to grid companies and other parties to electricity networks (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.12.2004 № 861 as now or hereafter in effect;
• Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2011 № 1178 On Price Setting in the Field of Regulated Prices (Tariffs) in Electricity Production;
• Procedural guidelines on setting the size of payments for technological connection to electricity networks approved by Order of the Federal Tariffs Service of 30.11.2010 № 365-t/5;
• Statement on Factors in Providing Technical Services, Setting Payments for Technological Connection and Factors of Technological Connection to Transmission Facilities of Power Receivers of Electricity Consumers in the City Resort of Sochi during Organisation and Holding of the XXII Winter Olympic Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 15.05.2010 № 341.
