In 2011 our Company demonstrated overall a positive movement in performance indicators, providing a reliable electricity supply to consumers and continuously completing current and strategic aims. The growth in electricity output and increase in volume of technological connection services provided was accompanied by comprehensive work to reduce losses, repairs to the electricity networks, introduction of innovative technologies, improvements in energy saving and energy efficiency and development of customer service.
