In the accounting year Kubanenergo overall carried out the main aim of manufacturing activity — providing quality and uninterrupted electricity supplies to consumers.
The total lost energy was reduced in comparison with the previous year by 18.7% and in 2011 totalled 6 017 600 kilowatt hours.
The average length of interruptions to electricity supply for one disturbance in 2011 was 5.17 hours and in 2010 6.8 hours.
There were no emergencies whose causes, in accordance with point 4 of the Rules for Investigating Causes of Emergencies in the Electricity Industry approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.10.2009 № 846, needed to be investigated by the Federal state electricity industry supervisory agency in 2011.

Emergency recovery work was carried out immediately under the constant supervision of the General Director of Kubanenergo. Mobilisation of efforts and materials, correct decision making and immediate reaction made it possible to restore energy supplies to consumers in the shortest times.
Investigation into these emergency disturbances was carried out under the chairmanship of Federal state electricity industry supervisory agency.
