The volume of capital investment for 2011 totalled 4 542.73 million rubles, an increase in comparison with the previous year of 81%. The plan for the accounting year was completed to 95.8%. Within the total amount of capital investment in 2011 1 926.618 million rubles was invested in Olympic facilities.
The volume of financing of capital investment totalled 6 883.6 million rubles, or 104% of the plan.
The aggregated volume of added fixed assets in money terms decreased in comparison with 2010 by 10.8% and totalled 2 542.85 million rubles according to the results for the accounting year, which was 12% higher than the planned level.
In 2011 as a result of investment activities the following capacities were added:
- 258.1 MVA of transformer capacity with a plan of 268.25 MVA, including 233.07 MVA at 110 kilovolt substations;
- 239.9 kilometres of electricity power lines, or 214% of the planned amount, including 86.2 kilometres of 35–110 kilovolt line and 153.7 kilometres of 20–0.4 kilovolt line.
