Over the last year there were three industrial accidents in the Company, one of which was fatal and the other two resulting in slight injury. Two instances were the result of electric shock in the 6-10 kilovolt distribution network, and one involved a vehicle.

In all cases the appropriate commission ruled the accident was the fault of the victim.
