Operational control in the field of industrial safety is carried out in accordance with a Company order On Operational Control of Observance of the Requirements of Industrial Safety in Hazardous Kubanenergo Production Facilities of 9 March 2011 and the Statement on Operational Control of Observance of the Requirements of Industrial Safety in Hazardous Kubanenergo Production Facilities of 11 October 2006, developed in accordance with the following documents:
- Federal law of 21 July 1997 №116-FZ On Industrial Safety in Hazardous Production Facilities;
- Rules on Organisation of Implementing Operational Control of Observance of the Requirements of Industrial Safety in Hazardous Production Facilities approved by decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10 March 1999;
- sectoral statements on operational control of observance of the requirements of industrial safety in hazardous production facilities.
There are 71 hazardous production facilities identified in Kubanenergo, at which in total there are 193 engineering devices in operation: cranes, hoists, gas systems and heat distribution network conduits.
There are two explosive production facilities at Kubanenergo registered in the Rostekhnadzor register for which a licence to operate №ВП-30-003995 of 11 November 2011 was obtained (extended) from the Federal Service for Environmental, Technical and Atomic Monitoring (indefinite).
During the accounting year there were no incidents or accidents at hazardous production facilities.
