Control in the field of fire safety is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Rules for Fire Safety for Energy Companies, the Rules for Fire Safety in the Russian Federation, Federal laws №123-FZ of 22 July 2008 Technical Regulations on Requirements for Fire Safety and №69-FZ of 21 December 1994 On Fire Safety, MRSK Holding guidelines and Emergency Management Service of Russia guidelines, as well as the following Company orders permanently in force:
- On Implementation of the Statement on Internal Technical Control;
- On Approval of the Statement on the Order of Holding the Fire Safety Day ;
- On the Order of Holding the Review Competition for Best Fire Prevention Status of Kubanenergo Branches ;
- On the Fire Prevention Regime in the Executive Apparatus at Kubanenergo;
- On Organising Kubanenergo Employee Training in Basics of Fire Safety;
- On Preparing the Energy Network Sector for Operation in Periods of Abnormal External Air Temperature.
Control of fire safety at Kubanenergo is carried out by holding integrated, issue-related, targeted and spot check inspections and site surveys to make recommendations, as well as verification by supervisory and controlling organs that the recommendations are carried out .
Kubanenergo departments are fully equipped with emergency fire fighting equipment.
A Fire Safety Commission has been set up on all Company branches.
