The Company’s Human Resources polity is based on a body of principles, forms and methods of retaining, strengthening and developing the potential of staff members and developing qualified productive personnel capable of ensuring the development of the Company and reliable and uninterrupted electricity supplies to consumers.
The main areas of Human Resources policy at Kubanenergo include the following:
- defining the basic categories of staff whose retention is of key significance to the Company;
- developing and implementing action to lower the average age of personnel, in particular staff in production facilities (blue collar workers and engineering and technical specialists;
- strengthening cooperation with leading Russian higher, tertiary and continuing professional educational establishments with an emphasis on specialist energy training establishments and faculties ;
- developing systems for training, retraining and education of staff in areas of widespread use of opportunities by training centres and application of flexible training methods ;
- improving incentive schemes and developing social partnership systems in the Company;
- strengthening work with the personnel reserve;
- strengthening work in psychophysiological provision of safe working practices for operations staff.
