Further share issues in 2011¹
In 2011 the second issue of further Kubanenergo shares was completed and the third began. The aim of these issues was to attract investment for ongoing realisation of large scale projects in constructing and renovating electricity distribution facilities of Federal significance, including ensuring the functioning of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games infrastructure.
