Sergey Sergeyev, Director General of Rosseti Kuban, has been on a working trip to Slavyansk district. The head of the company visited executive office of Slavyansk branch, Temryuk, Slavyansk, and Krasnoarmeisky districts, met the personnel, and inspected large substations and customer service centres.
At the working meeting with participation of the management of Slavyansk branch and heads of power distribution zones, Sergey Sergeyev focused on the ways of reduction of circuit losses, implementation of obligations on technological connection and all projects under this year’s repair campaign.
During the inspection tour around the area of responsibility of Slavyansk branch, Sergey Sergeyev visited customer service centres in Temruyk and Slavyansk-na-Kubani, where he personally assessed the service quality and the process of submission of applications for connection.
He pointed out: “Customer service centres and offices shape the image of the company. Our task is to improve and enhance the quality of services for our customers.”
The head of the company also inspected and assessed technical condition of the main substations: 110kV “Temryuk” and “Slavyanskaya” substations. When visiting dispatch units in Temruyk and Slavyansk distribution zones, Sergey Sergeyev talked to dispatch office personnel and listened to their reports on current state of operations at the districts’ power grid.
