Biography

Sergey Sergeyev was born on 25 May 1976. 

In 1998, he graduated with honors in Industrial and Civil Construction from Novocherkassk State Technical University. Later he completed a number of advanced training courses.

At the beginning of his working career in 1998, Sergey Sergeyev was engineer of an operation and technical department for a construction company in Rostov-on-Don.

In 2000, Sergey Sergeyev was employed by JSC Transneft, working his way from an engineer at capital construction unit at JSC Chernomortransneft in Novorossiysk to deputy head of sector for strategic development under the Department of strategic development and deputy head of capital construction sector at Executive office of JSC Transneft in Moscow.

2003 through 2006: Deputy Executive Directors at Project Management Center “Stroyneft” JSC in Moscow

2006:  Director for manufacturing process management at Project Management Center “Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean” LLC in Angarsk, Irkutsk region, later he successively held positions of First Deputy Director General and Director General.  

March 2009: Head of Department of Investments and Consolidated Planning at FGC UES JSC

December 2010: Deputy Chairperson of the Management of Board of FGC UES JSC

September 2010 through August 2013: Member of the Management of Board of FGC UES JSC  

April 2012 through August 2013: Director General at JSC Centre for Engineering and Construction Management of EUS (JSC CIUS EES)

August 2013 through July 2019: Deputy Director General for Capital Construction at Rosseti PJSC

June 2016: Member of the Board of Directors FGC UES JSC

On 18 July 2019 Sergey Sergeyev was appointed Director General of Rosseti Kuban (marketing brand of Kubanenergo PJSC).
